Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Romein Sunglasses. If you are not fully happy with your order, you may return the product under the following conditions:
- Return Period: You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return.
- Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
- Condition of Returned Items: To qualify for a refund, the returned product must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging, including all tags, accessories, and documentation.
- Non-Refundable Conditions: If the product is damaged, shows signs of wear, is missing parts, or is not returned in the original condition, we reserve the right to refuse your refund.
Please ensure the product is securely packaged to avoid damage during the return shipping process.
How to Return
To start a return, please contact our customer service team at info@romeinsunglasses.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and reason for the return. We will guide you through the return process and provide the necessary return address.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days to your original payment method.
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original product following the return policy above and place a new order for the desired item.
Warranty
The following warranty does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer, including, without limitation, your right to reject goods that do not materially conform to their description or are faulty. Romein Sunglasses warrants their products against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of delivery. You must notify Romein Sunglasses of any such defects within a reasonable time, and in any case, within two months of the date you discovered the defect. Normal wear and tear, including scratches on lenses, are not covered under this warranty unless the product was delivered with such a defect. Always use the provided cloth to clean the lenses in order to prevent scratches. Using other cloths may cause damage and will void the warranty.
